Reunion Details

Evites will be the most inexpensive way to send the formal invitation. Please make sure that the email addresses we have on the BAHS.ORG site and with the alumni association are correct!!!! We can't stress this enough!!

Bob Shackleton and Kristin Petit Sheppard will be sending out official invitations...please check your junk mail just in case!!! These are coming very soon!!

Dates are September 23rd through the 25th 2005.

Informal meeting at the Hofbrauhaus, Vegas on Friday night Sept. 23rd 2005 from 7:00 pm to midnight. I will try to arrange free appetizers to be on trays for the Bonn Alumni.

Week-end room rate at the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino. $94.95 Friday and Saturday night, $41.95 for Sunday through Thursday night. We are blocked from the 21st to the 27th of September for those who want a longer stay than the weekend.

When we call to make reservations we must use this code at the time of the call: B 0 9 BAHS. To guarantee the room rate we must book or reserve our rooms by August 30th 2005.

$90.00 reunion Ticket is needed to attend the official reunion dinner held in the ball room at Circus Circus.

Reunion ticket includes, four Call drinks and Sit-down Buffet with two entree choices and all of the trimmings, A live band with dancing, and Memorabilia.
The reunion ticket goes up in price $10 per month from May until September so purchase your ticket early. Please Note: Members of the uniformed services in Iraq or Afganistan are guarenteed the $70 price for as long as is possible.

Airfare is best handled by the individual to ensure the best possible rate that accommodates the different cities that people will travel from.

If the room rates are lowered around the time of check in, the hotel guarantees our group an even better rate...but, the rate cannot go up unless you book after August 30th 2005... just a note.
This is going to be a blast!! We picked Circus Circus because it is the most child friendly casino on the strip. Also, the way that Tyrone and Mike from the hotel have treated me, has been stellar!! So many large casinos wanted upwards of 137.00 per night. WE got a room with all of the extras for less than a hundred on the weekend, on the strip and that's just excellent. Sure, people can stay at the off the strip Days Inn... but, you'll still need to cab it to the strip and I couldn't have the dinner there. We needed a large enough casino with plenty of rooms so that we could all have a wonderful reunion that lasts into the night and next day!!! The concierge will help with any additional plans anyone wants to have and we're right in the heart of the strip.
